TMT "Company Day" and Dual-Carbon Action Themed Event Grandly Held

Peng Huawen extended a warm welcome on behalf of all the staff and cadres of TMT to the leaders of the Sheyang County Government who attended the Sheyang branch venue. He expressed that the "Company Day" is a cultural festival for all TMT employees, an important vehicle for the construction of the company's corporate culture, as well as a joyous celebration for everyone at TMT. The company also launched the "United in Heart and Action" brand culture month event in the golden autumn of October. He represented the company in extending the highest respect and festive greetings to all the dedicated and endearing members of the TMT family who are striving for success.

He emphasized that the company should integrate the dual-carbon concept into the entire process of product research and development, manufacturing, supply chain construction, and product service, firmly pursuing a high-quality development path of green and low-carbon. Specifically, the company should focus on the following: first, seize the strategic development opportunities of the dual-carbon initiative and expand the precision "racetracks"; second, strengthen capabilities and organizational operational support to create an advanced "race car"; and third, deeply embody the spirit of co-building and sharing with a focus on the strivers to forge an elite "racing team."

Peng Huawen called on all staff and cadres of TMT to muster their energy and strive to achieve high-quality development results during the "14th Five-Year Plan." At present, everyone should go all out to sprint in the "fourth quarter" to fully achieve the annual business objectives and create another fruitful year for industrial development.

To celebrate the arrival of the second "Company Day," in accordance with the "United in Heart and Action" brand culture month event organized by TMT, at 2 PM, the company also held the "Ginkgo Cup" internal trainers' finals and the "i-TMT" corporate culture story short video competition. Additionally, they announced the periodic achievements in corporate culture construction – the TMT "Thriving" Cultural Story Collection and the TMT "Corporate Culture Handbook," injecting continuous n ew cultural vitality into the company’s pursuit of high-quality development.

The "dual-carbon" goals are of significant importance, and carbon reduction requires the participation of everyone. At 9:30 AM, following the ceremony, more than a thousand employees formed over thirty squads and began the "All-Staff Low-Carbon Action" event in an orderly fashion. Moreover, the event also featured a "Fun Carnival," "International Food Festival," and "Dream Concert" series of activities, providing the TMT family with an extraordinary, innovative, and open family day.

Achieving carbon peaking before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060 is a major strategic deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party after careful consideration, and it is also a solemn promise to the world in response to climate change. All cadres and employees of TMT must deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization, and under the guidance of the "dual-carbon" goals, consciously shoulder the social responsibility of energy conservation and carbon reduction. They should actively face challenges, embrace the future, and with an even more high-spirited determination, abundant energy, and pragmatic style, lead the path to high-quality development with the concept of green growth, contributing TMT's strength to the achievement of the "dual-carbon" goals.
